Service Terms

These service terms govern all diagnostic, repair, descaling, and installation services provided by TWH PRO's. By scheduling an appointment or authorizing work, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

• All diagnostic and repair work is performed by trained technicians in compliance with local plumbing and gas codes.
• Estimates are provided in writing and require customer approval before repairs or part replacements commence.
• Water and gas line modifications require adequate clearance and safe access to the heating equipment.
• Emergency appointments are prioritized based on active water leaks, gas hazards, and seasonal freeze risks.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior commercial account terms are established.
• Diagnostic fees are credited toward approved repair work authorized during the initial visit.
• Major equipment conversions and replacements may require an initial equipment deposit.
• We accept major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and verified company checks.

Liability Limits

TWH PRO's maintains full commercial liability insurance and trade licensing. We are not liable for pre-existing pipe corrosion, unconditioned hard water damage, or structural faults in customer plumbing systems.
